These exercise programs are tailored to meet your needs and lifestyle, supervised session are used to demonstrate new techniques and increase motivation. The programs can be written to use in a gym, outside in the elements or in the comfort of your own home. Nutritional advice and guidance is also used to complement exercise programs when appropriate.

Ante/Post Natal Exercise

Exercising at these times can help to prepare the body for birth, minimise pregnancy complications, reduce weight gain, give a faster postnatal recovery, reduce the risk & symptoms of postnatal depression and apparently even improve the intelligence of your baby!

Older Adults Exercise

Exercise is beneficial whatever your age and as you get older a little bit of exercise can improve your quality of life and keep you independent for longer. Many age related ailments can be postponed or even avoided by taking regular exercise. Increased circulation can improve and maintain cognitive ability and light impact activities can increase muscle and bone strength.

GP Referral Consultant - Exercise for Medical Conditions

This is a specialist qualification that exercise professionals use in conjunction with GP surgeries which aims to improve patients medical conditions. Exercise can be used to reduce dependency on medication for conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, COPD, Hypertension, and Heart Disease. The symptoms of other conditions including MS and chronic Fatigue Syndrome can be greatly improved by prescribed exercise.

Whatever your discipline, whether your an experienced athlete or embarking on a new challenge I can help to increase your performance and reduce the risk of injury with an exercise program to complement your training.

 Team Fitness Training

Would your sports team benefit from increase fitness levels? Fatigue can dramatically reduce performance however skillful a player may be. In and out of season fitness training can increase team performance and decrease instances of injury. These sessions are usually incorporated into part of a regular training session but additional or individual sessions can be arranged  when necessary.
