Initial Consultation, Fitness Testing & Programing (no diet analysis) This includes a 90min (approx) consultation which is used to gain information in regards to lifestyle, exercises history, time, motivation and goals. The information will be used to write a 4-12 week exercise program, set goals & use as a starting point reference. | £45 | Initial Consultation, Fitness Testing & Program Writing with Diet Analysis & Nutritional Advice This consultation has all the features detailed above with the additional benefit of the analysis of a 7 day food diary. Nutrition advice such as calorie intake, portions sizes and food type balance can be given to complement an exercise program. | £60 | Diet Analysis & Nutritional Advice Nutrition advice such as calorie intake, portions sizes and food type balance can be given to complement an exercise program or on it's own to aid weight loss/gain or to just improve eating habits. This information is given from the analysis of a 7 day food diary. | £30 | Supervised Exercise Session An exercises session guided by your instructor. This has the added benefit of being able to measure exercises intensity, heart rate & recovery time as well as monitoring technique and maintaining motivation. | £35 | Program Review (A supervised session is usually required with a new program) Every 4-8 weeks an exercise program should be revised in order to keep it effective and to keep working towards goals. A new program may show changes in exercises, intensities, duration or technique. A supervised session is often required in order to ensure the new program is performed at the right intensity and with correct technique. | £10 | Fitness Test Measurements such as Body fat %, weight, step-tests etc should be done periodically to show progression towards goals. This is advised at 12 week intervals. | £15 | Team Training Fitness training for sports teams. This can be done both in & out of season. This can be done with the whole team as part of a normal training session or on an individual basis to enhance specific aspects of a players game. | £35 per hour |
